The progress that Women of Color have made in every sector and industry has been beyond imaginable - from Black to Southeast Asian to Latina women, boss women globally are making strides. They are constantly inspiring us with their dedication and strong drive to succeed, while creating pathways for other women of color to dream big & achieve their ambitions.

Often in the past, we’ve heard that this is a world for only men - allowing them to dominate the business world. Thanks to countless trailblazers, female entrepreneurs have been on the rise.

Here’s our curated list of 10 extraordinary WOC marketers who have made and continue to make significant change as leaders and innovators in the business and marketing world! Each of these incredible and hard working women have played a crucial role in society with changing the norm and societal expectations, all while shattering glass ceilings along the way.

Lynn Pina Chief Marketing Officer and leads marketing and brand strategy for GeoBlue. Past experiences include: vice president of marketing, senior manager for marketing solutions, marketing director and sales solution lead. Luvvie Ajayi Jones Aside from blogging and consulting, she’s also been the CEO of Awe Luv Inc for over a decade. Won an Adcolor Rockstar Award and participated in the 2017 3% Conference. Previously co-founder and executive director of the red pump project, podcast host and writer. Suja Chandrasekaran Chief digital and information officer of CommonSpirit Health. A digital transformation leader who’s delivered results in eCommerce, AI, Cloud, APIs, platforms, IOT, smart products, eco-systems integration. Was member board of directors for American Eagle Outfitters Inc, Blume Global and Barry Callebaut group Tara DeVeaux Currently Chief Marketing Officer at Wild Card Creative Group and previously Chief Marketing Officer at BBDO New York.
